Hey I somehow got elected as U21 coach. First things first, I've never done this in sokker before, so can I have some guidance please? I can't even see the player's skills.

get access to the database or contact with the last nt coach - he should have skills of you players.

you are not able to see players' skills and you never will - you have to make your own database and ask users.

anything else?

that was u must do it as U21 coach :) ask all player who is u think they got the best player for our U21 .. good luck :) dont let our rate go down :)

Thanks everyone. I'll try to keep the standards up. I've already sent all the enquiries and will continue on the database. Hope we manage tto come up with something tommorow against Indonesia

Yea I only noticed it when I was sending the orders after I posted that lol... We were unlucky to have them come back into the game and beat us. I haven't gotten all the player's attributes yet, but I've already got an idea about our squad. Hopefully we will be more tactically prepared for the next match.

Our U21 triumphed 8-0 against Cameroon this week. Great display by our players. Hopefully we can make it 2 wins in a row against the Germans.
