Hello ,

I am from Poland (the best league in sokker), and it is the first time I'm participating in this election . I'm willing to take NT job seriously and its not a joke [;.

I play already long in this game. I know about it now unless everything.
Everyday I spend in this game a long time, so I decided participate in elections.

Ok, so...

I want to give a chance to play every good player, if only 1 game, a few minutes.
I really like to create good tactics, so every game I will do tactics for opponent.
I will improve the ranking of the NT. I promise a lot of achievements.

If you become a national team coach, I will seek scouts from your country.

I do not know what more can I say. Please ask me if you want to know something.

Something about my tactical preferences:

It always depands of the opponent.
I prefer some skills when playing against strong team and diffrent when i playing against weak team

I like to play 4-4-2 with weak opponents. 1 winger, 1 def mid, 2 center mid. Then 3 mid and 2 att (good technique) ofensively, with 4 defenders set high and very fast defmid.

With strong team, we must fight for possesion, interceptions.
I prefer players with high defender and playmaker. 5 defenders (2 fast wingdefenders who block enemy wingers)
Between mids and att is a larger space. Mids have high playmarker, so there is much good long pass.

In representation i think the best is tactic with 5 def, 2 center mids, 1 winger, 2 att

My prefers about def,mids, att etc.

Def: Againts strong team, defender are most important, for weak team we could play with more allround player with lower def or pace to maximalize creation, work with midfielders
Wingdef: high speed, passing

Mids: high playmaker, defender and passing are most important.

Att: I like the combination of one very hight technique and one very fast striker.
Very important is defender, striker could create a chance for himself, even without help of mids, other forwards.

goalkeepers - ofc good keeper and pace, passing are also important

And most important...
form - only players with a high form can play.

What more can i say?

Nobody have any question?

If I win, I will organize competitions. For example, one who will type good result as a reward his player will play in match against weaker team. I could spend 1 month PLUS for prize if be a lot of interest.
I will organize a match u-23.
