Subject: [U21] ringhiostarr

Hello to the whole community of Malaysia!

Let me to introduce myself. I'm ringhiostarr, a manager of Scarpones FC team that play in italian Serie D.64 league.

I open this topic because I would like to become the future manager of Malaysia U21 selection, and I will candidate for this great role, and I hope to gain your trust. We could speak about tactics, management of U21, and then, if there is anyone that would participate in my staff, I would like to accept him :).



What could I offer to Malaysia U21?
1 - Experience of sokker, that I've gained in my italian leagues, talking in a very active italian community
2 - Experience of management an U21 team: 3 and 4 season ago I was the manager of Italy U21. Before I was scout of Italy and now I am the main scout and "suggester" of Italy U21 to its manager, Supercel7.
3 - my pledge to U21 Malaysia, I have time to dedicate at the team.
4 - the trasparency of management. When I was main coach of italy U21, italian community recognize me this feature.
5 - I wouldn't like to be only a U21 manager, but I have a greater project. I would like to share my experience with all of you, in order to raise your experience, and grow the country. In this way, we could bould a very strong team. Do you imagine Malaysia U21 that fight for the world cup? Me, yes! Have I a daydream? :D
6 - A good knowledge of English language

Why have I choosed Malaysia?
I've seen that Malesian community, with 237 users, could grow better. Many national U21 team are very strong with a few users, like Eesti, one of the top team with only 300 users. Why Malaysia can't do the same?

About my team and the tactic, I like use a 4-3-1-2 like line up of my team, with a winger.
But usually, especially in NT team, I used to set up many types of lineups, because I think that before creating a formation, you have to look what kind of player you have, and the type of the opponent

My best matches, of course, happened when I have defeated Polska U21 with a great result and performance.

In real life I am 24 years old, and I'm studing like engineer, at Milano.

I hope new U21 NT manager can make rank 48 in 2/3 season.

48? It's not a difficult goal.

I have a great project, I would like to involve many Malaysian managers in the project, in order to help the country to grow, and enjoy toghether. If a community grow, it will grow the quality of the players that play in this country, with more money, more investment, and more fun.
In fact, the force of a country it depends by the investment and the training by the majority of the managers, for this reason, if a national team win, we will win toghether, everyone of you will win!.

Believe me, 237 users are enough to rise the international rank in the top 20, with a large involvement. See Eesti(380 users), Israel(170 users), Lietuva(75 users) and Srbija (370 users) national U21 team, for example.

So, if you know anyone that would be in my staff (if I will be elected, obviously :D), please say him to write me, I would like to accept him (or her)

yes you're right but I've seen the average star evaluation of U21, the evaluation of single players, and some matches. If the average level don't fall down, I think that is not a too hard goal. Warning that I've not write that is easy! Nothing is easy :-) and i know this, but I'm sure because I believe in my skills.
Let me to make an hypothesys about actual 21 years old regular player:

Goalkeeper: 13-14 in goalkeeping
Defender:10-13 in defending and pace
Midfielder:8-11 in primary skills
Striker:9-12 in primary skills

Mustaffa bin Adam is a very good player :-)

Obviously, when I said that could reach the top 20 like come countries that I have listed, I mean that a similar project requires many seasons, because all starts by investment of single users, passing through the born of new talented young Malaysian player, andplaying in NT is only the final step, and all can not prescind by a large involvement of the users :)

In only 2 season it's impossible.... or maybe yes, If I pray hard all the gods and saints of sokker :D

I'm very pleased and I give my thanks with all of you for giving me your trust :)

Now let's we start with this great world adventure. About me, it's not the first. So, I'm happy to give you and for the Malaysian matter all my experience and my dedication.

Now, how I will proceed?
1-first I will ask for the access data for the NT database.
2-I will organize my staff
3-I will prepare the first match of the world championship
4-I will start my project, writing to many users (this is important in order to raise the involvement), and writing some guides for newbies if necessary

This is an harder project than I had managed Italy U21, because Italian involvement is large, it was all ready. Here, I will try to do it, if it will be a success, will be our success.

I renew the invite to write me if anyone would like to answer me every question. And If anyone would like to enter in national staff, It will be the welcome. It's not hard to work like national staff, the involvement and the fun are high. It's a experience that I suggest, if everyone have a little time.

Ahhh... draw match!! We have take a dumb goal with a wrong pass of our goalkeeper, but the team had a great heart and we have take the draw! :D

Thank you. I am severe with myself, and until I don't see the perfect match I won't be happy :D.

I've made only two dumb imprecision in throw-in situation, it happens when you create a tactic from zero, I think. Forgive me, but the first week for a manager of NT, it's always terrible :D.

I want to notice that there was even seven 20years old player, and one 19years old.

We need playmaking to our midfielder, I hope to convince the relative manager to train it :D

You've got a strike with these words!! This is a positive vicious circle that can bring only advantages to each part. By managers side, they have support and suggestion for growing. If a manager grow, in the far future he could grow better player for NT.

In italy there are some U21 players that play in 5th division.... :)
