We lose against brasil, it's a pity. If anyone has seen the match, I think that a right result could be a draw match. The match started with a great goal of Brasil, with a wonderful through-pass. But after this, the match took a clear direction. One of opponent took a red card, we got many chances to score the goal of the draw, and I don't know why we did not reached the draw! One crossbar by Ganesh and especially a missed score with a empty goal by Sakup! I cannot believe... Brasil got only one big chance with a one-vs-one with our goalkeeper with a counter attack. In the second half found the second goal with a tap in, with the complicity with a missed stop of our defender... Then I tried to change tactic by substituting the offensive midfielder with a 3rd striker, but it did not worked well, but i had to try! And in this situation brasil draw the statistics, if anyone watches only the statistics, he have to know this.

Even if it's a great result only to be in this world cup, I feel bitter about the final result, but I have the consciousness that we are not here for random situation. This team has got something of special! It will be enough against nederland? :)

We lose against nederland, and we are out of world cup! :( In accordance with the expectations we gone over. But I am a little sorry anyway. Nederland deserved to win this match. With a very high defensive line, nederland emposed his play, and we have not striker that are able to escape when a ball pass through the defensive line, and this is one of the limit of this team, limits that came to the daylight when we have played this world cup. I think that I've made the possible with this line up.
I feel to clap every player that played on these two season.

If anyone of these follow the european champions league in the real life, I compare Malaysia like Napoli (or Naples), a little team that lose and came out against Chelsea.

Now we look at the future. In these seasons, me and my staff have followed many young player, and addressed their managers to train them correctly in order to build a better team in the future. In these frendlies I will play many times with U20 player in order to test them and increase their growth.

I say from now that in the end of this season, I will recandidate myself at the management of Malaysia U21, because I would like to concretize this work that I've just said. I won't do it when I won't have anything more to say, to do :)

Tomorrow, unfortunately, Portugal took his revenge. The values on the field was very different (44 vs 52), I've select for these frendlies players low on form but very promising for the future. I hope that they will grow soon on form, because pther player are weak, or younger. On the midfield we have two regulars with low form, and this is the same in the defensive line, with our best defender, Azwira, with only good form, and our best keeper, with tragic. But actually this keeper is not replaceable, because is the only with more of excellent in goalkeeping! :(

There is time until the end of the season, I hope that someone will raise on form. About the match, I'm happy that, if we got some chances, they was not casual but build with the tactic :).

Another lose, I'm very sorry for what is happening to our U21. Opponent was stronger than our, the defeat it's right, we was very weaker than opponent.... 41.8 of average evaluation it's very low, comparing with of the idea of that I think the team could play. The form of the goalkeeper, and the midfield is tragic, and many regular players are out... Because in these times we are playing frendlies, if I had not took agreement with next opponent, I should search weaker opponent, I would like to offer to all of you more win, in a balanced matches.

I'm very sorry, but the player are low, and it's hard to find a strong substitutes if over of two top player are out of form, especially at midfield zone, If I take the best 6 midfielder, only two have got at least excellent on form, and they are both 19 years old! And about the keeper, this goalkeeper is the only in the database that has got form high....

I'm very sorry, and worried about the next season, because we have got better player than the past, but if this situation remain, it could waste them, and the performances will are worse!

since from yesterday, I've organized a little tournament between italian managers that manage foreign national U21 team. We are on 7, and we invited a guest to be on 8.

This is a little torunament in order to enjoy toghether and in order to prepare the future young star next world cup.

The team are splitted on two leagues, we are in a league with:
Canada
Philipinas
Prathet Thai

We lose the first match, against canada, but I am happy for the performance, despite the average evaluation (43.8 against 48.5) we provide more chances of goal, canada strikes one of the two chances that he had, in turn, we was not able to strikes.

The problem are back. I am forced to play with a goalkeeper that is 17 years old! Almost a shame, but this underline that we have serious problem with the goalkeeper. It's very strage, it looks like that for one or two season in all young team of Malaysian team, no goalkeeper has came out. It's hard to beileve

I think that some goalkeeper has escaped from my or previous management.

If anyone of you use a managerial software (for example sokker organizer or sokker viewer) or has got a list of the young player that came our from his young team, could spend 5 minutes to check if in the past season a goalkeeper has came out, and if yes, and report me name and surname, please?

Hello guys! It's time to new election.

I've decided to try again to candidate myself again for next election, in order not only to manage again Malaysia U21 but even for complete the work of following the young player that came out from your young team, that we've started, I and my staff. I hope in this way to improve the performance and the growth of the country into sokker.

This 2 last season represented a good challenge for me, because I've got to built a new staff, approciate with all of you, for the first time with a foreign national team. We obtained an historic qualification to the world cup. Now the goal it it to try to repeat this hard objective.

It's hard, because we've got many problems about the goalkeeper and the defensive line, because the only strong goalkeeper is low on form, and I have to use another one that is promising but is too young, and about the defensive line there is the same problem, some defender are too young and not yet ready to play, despite their talent. It could happen in a country like malaysia where are present few strong young team. I could see that for a long period of time, no GK's came out!

These are element that give me a good challenge to overcome, and I will use everything I know in order to pass it :).
In the end, I will continue to give help and to be one that broadcast suggestion to everything who wants. I've got some chances like tutor, and I was very happy when happened.

This year is very hard, I think harder than last WC qualification, because Lietuva is very strong, a suprise for me... This not allow me to lose hopes, obviously, I will use everything I know about sokker in order to try to pass the qualification :)

I don't want to give fake hopes, last qualification was Israel that disappointed their expectation, and even they was stronger than ours, we was able to win because it was space for win by guessing the tactic. This season I think that the gap could not be covered only by guessing the tactic, for this reason I consider a stronger goal than the past season.

Hello friends.

Thank you for having gave me your trust again. I'm very happy about this. For this years I have changed some elements in my staff, in order to raise the efficiency of the work :).
I've not wrote anything because in this time I am preparing my thesis of university, but I have time to dedicate to sokker, less than before, and I use this time in order to prepare tactic, study opponents, and study the new engine :)

Today, we will play against peru U21. A team I think a little stronger than our, but there is space to find the win.

About the news about sokker, just I have a little spare time, I will open a topic where I report some little studies made in Sokker Italia, with interesting tips :)
