Subject: [U21] For who leave the game

Hello.

Sometimes happen that someone is tired about the game, and leave the game. No one is happy about it, but it's your right to do it.

Sometimes happen that one of these manager has got national team players, or interesting for the future. And it's a bad thing for the whole community that is interested about the national team, because a player in a BOT team:
-don't receive training
-probably don't play, so the form will fall!

The player will be wasted! So, please: if you decide to leave the game, sell the interesting players for Malaysian national team, main team and U21. Thank you!

We've just lose one of the best striker for the next season:

How many juniors should I train at a time?

Start with 4-6 or depend your finance

Depend, around week 1 to week 30++

The best magical/unearthly but i think with your current finance outstanding/incredible. Please don't try magical coach for now it will make you bankrupt

Yes :)

How many juniors should I train at a time?
I'm not agree with jijo, especially because the youth team require a good amount of money. For example, in order to guarantee a good growth of the young players, you should have a trainer with a high level in GENERAL skill. It's expensive. My youth coach is brillant and I pay him 31 k of euro every week (I think that are about 124 000 RYM). Expensive investment! So, I would have a gain from this.
Now we have to take account that you will fire about the 50-60% of the young player just they will came out form the youth team, because they are not good. So you have to build the gain with the 50-40% of the players. By my experience, a good part of these you will sell at low price, they don't let you gain. The players that let you gain something is the single great player that sometimes came out from the young team, that let you to gain millions of euro. So, for help this type of mechanism, you have to open more place as possible. The best is 30. I have actually 30 places opened. And this is an active investment for me.

For starting, I suggest you to buy an outstanding or formidable trainer, but I suggest you to have minimum 15 places opened. Less, I think that the probability of have a very good player to sell (or to train for selling in the future) is very low.
Obviously, you must have a good financial situation. :)

I suggest you at least formidable

Little tips: if happen that a good player came out from the youth team, with high probability will be in national team. This can raise the price of the sale, and it could be a good reason for a good investment ;)

better u increase your capacity step by step. what I mean with my answer is start with 4-6 then increase depend his finance.. good luck, I hope somebody can takeover my place (produce youth, train player for NT, help new user of Malaysia and bla bla bla)

Yes I'm agree with you, of course. It has no sense to open suddenly 15 places. In my opinion, it's better to reach as quick as possible about 15 places with good young players. For example:

Open 6 places
The saturday after, will arrive 6 player at maximum. Then, fire the bad players.
Add 6 more places than the number of the young player that you have not fired
Repeat this until you will reach the desired target number of place (15 according with my suggestion, for example)

Obviously, all depends by your amount of money

Yes, I think that it could be a big loss. Under his management, he let to Malaysia to raise positions in the rank!
If jijo will leave the position of national team coach, I will candidate for that position, so we can have a possibility to continue the good work! :)
