Hello to the whole community of Malaysia!
I'm Fraaa88, manager of Amarantioss team, that play in 4th division of Italian championship, Serie D.45. Furthermore, actually, I am the main assistant of the U21 coach, ringhiostarr. Because he won't recandidate himself for U21, I would like to manage it and try this fantastic experience for the first time like main coach.
In fact, by following and working close to ringhiostarr, I know the future players, how to manage the database, and the work that being a coach require. Furthermore during my 4 season of work like scout:
-I like the U21, because I like to discover new player
-I like to approach the owner of the young Malaysian player in order to follow them and suggesting the best growth
Moreover, I can offer to Malaysia U21:
1- Experience of sokker, I play it since 2008-07-08
2- My pledge and my desire to make my best as possible
3- My will to help new user by sharing my experience. If anyone will write me in order to have some suggestion, I'm available!
My main goal is raising the ranking of Malaysia and his fame and try to reach the qualification to the world cup. By knowing the players that we have, I think that could be hard but not impossible, and I think that I have a possibility. So, why don't try it? Why don't follow this dream?
I add that I'm very proud to have grown a Malaysian U21 players, Afandi bin Mohammed Noor, that he has played 15 matches.
In my team, I like to play with a straight 4-defense line and often with the "elastic" (a particolar movement of the defenders, that allow them to tackle the opponent in front). About the midfielder side, usually I use 2 arretrate midfieldes, an offensive one and a winger, and in the end, about the strikers, I use an arretrate one and a main one. But for every choice, I use to evaluate the opponent before to take decision about the line up.

I'm very happy about my experience in U21, and if I made a good job I have to say you a great thanks, because you discovered many important players, that became regular.
I don't remember all the names but for sure I remember that you discovered Ahmad Yunus bin Abu Shah , the best defender for the next U21 season. You gave me a great help, and I think that you deserved a chance to manage the Malaysia U21 ;)

I'm very happy about my experience in U21, and if I made a good job I have to say you a great thanks, because you discovered many important players, that became regular.
I don't remember all the names but for sure I remember that you discovered Ahmad Yunus bin Abu Shah , the best defender for the next U21 season. You gave me a great help, and I think that you deserved a chance to manage the Malaysia U21 ;)
