Hi, friends.
After some seasons i try again to apply for Malaysia NT, as actually Nippon NT manager.
With Nippon i played whole this season against stronger teams, to see our tactical and individual(player's) errors to could fix them.Is so easy to beat worst teams on the world, but to make some good matches even victorys against couple of most stronger NT-s is most important.
On Nippon i has a difficult season, but still i makes some good results.
My japanese project was beginned with no access on NT database, i makes my first two teams there just seeing our player marks and forms, it was very difficult.
Then, helped by my scout, we makes an update for all players who have a team, so we makes an important step forward, to see our better players.
I meeted a lot of problems:injuries and form decreasing, strikers without high skills,GK-s dont trained well and players who is so importants for his clubs, than he is not updated frequently to not use him on NT.
I find there a litle sokker nation, with just 13 users, without too much progress possibility.
And my squad has 11 highest valued players from bot teams, without any possibility to get access to his skills.
In that situation we makes some bad matches, but some great matches to:is not a litle thing to make any litle teams to beat stronger teams, like Bosnia I Herzegovina and even my country, Romania, makes draw with Belarus and some close results with great NT-s, like Makedonija, Peru or New Zealand.
I am now ready to go better with Malaysian team, where is a great community and better squad.
My club has repromoved now after a good season into third league of Romania, so, if i have good players, i could make big results for it.I have more than 4000 ranking points and i am the 117.th on Romanian rankings, bitween over 3200 active users!
I trust on you, i trust on malaysian sokker community.
Maybe this time you will give me the chance to make possible going ahead Malaysia.
We have qualifiers, difficult season.So, think twice before you decide.
