Hello community of Malaysia!
My name is Jakub and I'm manager from the Czech republic. The election is taking place and I would like to tell you my speech.
Something about me:
I had a lot of work and last season I could not devote to my hobbies for personal reasons. Now I spend a lot of time here. I decided to look for a new motivation. I really enjoy sokker, mainly NT level. I deal with representations (national teams) of all time. I was a coach in several countries. I led Albania U21, Ireland U21 and Albania NT where I went far in the MiniWC (quarterfinal), then I was coach in Australia NT and I was in the Czech republic NT (Česká republika NT) too. In my country I was for three seasons and I had done a very good job there. My achievements are victory in Mini World Cup and the qualifying for the World Cup (with Czech republic) on sokker. I am also the tutor in our country. I help newcomers and my community when they need help. These are the reasons why I'm here every day.
Why do I stand for election?
I am interested in working with national team and I read that you are looking for a coach for your national team NT. I would try to play at international level again. It's a big challenge for me.
What can I offer national team of Malaysia?
1. Cooperation in the forum.
I would be very happy if I could talk with you about matches. I write the information and we can debate about it. I know that here are a few people but I want to work with you. I'm used to it.
2. Diligence, tactics ..
Tactic. One of the most important things in this game. Useless to say how important is tactic in this game. If you look at how I led national teams then you'll find that I prepar for each opponent. In the game are better combinations, players can combine. It is important to have the dominance in the middle of the pitch. This is my style of play. I want to dominate in midfield and thanks to this I won and lost the matches. - I am very hardworking, in the Czech republic I care about players and their training. Now I would like to work in Malaysia NT.
3. Players and database.
As I wrote above I would like to devote the players of Malaysia. This includes the work in the database. It's more of managerial work but that's exactly what I need. I want to take care of the training of players. It's very important.
4. Time for sokker.
National team is for me full time on sokker and to become coach of Malaysia NT, my motivation would be increased to 120%. If I'm at work or at school, it does not matter, I'll always have time to work for national team of Malaysia.
What is my target here?
- working with you
- improve the coefficient for Malaysia
- of course incorporate young players into cadre (for training).- it's important for me
note. I do not want to promise that everything we win 5-0, we will be champions and suchlike. But I will do everything .. I work hard, I enjoy it.

So, I would also like to write some words.
Qualifying Group F
Srbija
Hellas
Malaysia
Ukraina
Costa Rica
Tūnis
This group is interesting. Especially for me because I have never played with Hellas and with Ukraina. It will be important to prepare for all matches. I think that the qualifying is real. The little things will decide. Favorites of group are, of course, Srbija and Hellas. Ukraina may also intervene in the battle for the qualifying. But I would like to qualify with Malaysia to the World Cup.
Srbija is the rival, which is the highest in the rankings. Located on the 13th place. They have strong players, it's obvious. But I played with this opponent. I played friendly with Czech and I think we had same chance. I tried to make the best tactic for the match because it was the firts match with national team of Czech republic. Then I got a red card in the fifth minute but .. I won 4:1. I say .. nice .. it's the best moment. I was very glad. It's all about preparation and especially tactics. Now it's another situation but I believe in suprise.
Hellas. Here we need to get some points too and I believe that it will decide who will have the better tactic. But .. if you saw World Cup you know that Hellas lost in quarterfinals with Romania 1:2. It is very important for me. All matches from World Cup I must see and then I will prepare for matches with Hellas. Malaysia has strong group but we haven't to look for excuses. This situation need hard-work.
Ukraine is another obstacle in the way of the World Championship. With this opponent we begin and the first match will also be crucial. Opponent is located on the 51st place but we must not underestimate him. Coach Ukraine is guzh77. This manager has a lot of experience. Ukraina also does not have a bad team some teams are going up. But I believe that we can win this debut. And of course the second match.
The two rivals - Costa Rica and Tunis. Costa Rica is located on the 79th place and Tunis is located at the 95th place. These matches we must win and 12 points is an obligation. In those matches, it is important to do a good tactic .. also be creative and come up with a lot of positions to beat an opponent. I suppose that our opponents will play 5 defenders and will be fairly defend. For example Costa Rica is stroger than Tunis .. yes, of course .. but their mark is 69-70. That's nice for team on the 79th place. All teams can go up.
If you choose me I will be ready for each game as well and I hope that in the end we always rejoice. For every opponent before the match I will write previews and I'll be happy when you read it.

malaysia don't require huge amount of time as big NT, but it's important that the rare big player could be followed as best. I'll be sorry if the actual work will be wasted.

In the QWC we were in the third place. Its shame but for our team is very good. The match with Ukraina isnt good I know. But we can be better and the big chance for us is MiniWC. I would like to play with our national team. If you have any question you can write me.
