because this is the first year Malaysia have national team and there's only 14 active users, so my answer is (because I run for NT coach also) old but good, but there's a good chance to put young player in senior team because I have very good 17 year old player

If I would lead representations it , It played independently of age fairest , but as I reviewed your teams I saw it be better than many oldest several junior sportsmen which .

sory but I think you haven't knoledge which must have coachNT you play standard tactic. and NT trainer must can do good recrutation and good tactics.

I do not play standard tactic:) But I create , It said even "RAMON" that I make good. But besides, tactic is made under sportsmen.

i think those who pay has advantage as NT coach.

winning is not important for coming few seasons, so for now tactics not so important as other experience like planning, what kind of players will be the future when we can compete and training requirements etc.

You want loses 30-0 or 5-1? expiernced coach can tell some more abut sokker smaller expirenced users and know like NT should function. Player with 1 season expirence can't do good tactic and good selection footbalers beacuse don't know what skills should have footbalers on gave their position.

This season will be most important as this representation makes debut in international matches.

better learn english before being coach NT. In language english hasn't word "representation" so I have one ask why you interedted NT Malaysia today no yesterday or day before yesterday ?

sure enough everyone like to win, i don't disagree with you that 1 season experience is not good enough in any area. i am only saying winning is not important for now.

there is nothing anyone can do to do win given the skill level is too big the different. may be malaysia can win 1 but will lose most and a lose is a lose 30-0 or 5-1 is the same.

hehe no owner achiver goal for Malaysia will be excited. If now be bad coach he won't do good database and won't instruct users to training Malaysia player. coach in this season is very imortant and better elect coach with expirence
