In My Opinion,
I would choose a MIX of old and young players. As it will be the Malaysian first season for the NT, if i get elected, I would go to each and every Malaysian user and ask them to send me their player's skills. I would make a database from that data and do my best to put players in the correct positions tactically and physically.

Tactically meaning where in the tactics i would place them in each of the 35 squares.
Physically meaning what position, Centre, or Wing etc

You talk about young players but you don't play friendly match. Why, when friendly match are the better way for young training?

I always ads for friendly match but no respond, do u know that malaysia only have 14 (now 15) active and everyday only 1 or 2 were logged in. Ihope that answer your question

they are only 14 cause one was kiked out and now one is on the waithing list

To all candidates:

Would you rotate the squad members in the starting eleven, or you would play with almost the same eleven in every match?

For me I would Have a Starting 11 for most matches. I would substitute the players on at times that I feel nesscesary and the subs would be able to be rotated through out the squad. I would also get a squad of about 25-30 players so that I have a range of players to choose from.

from so less users you can't take 25-30 good players .I saw the players they are good but it is 1 in a team or sometimes 2 but you can't risc takeing players from boot tems because they might not be good.

In all Malese leagues there are 20-30 players, now, adequate for a starting NT. This after a uncompleted search.
I want to give a chance at everyone.

for the first season we can't give a chance to every on just in frendlys.
