Subject: janosik coach NT Malaysia

Malaysia is in sokker country with little numbers of users, so isn't a lot of players to game in NT. Thus, young and talented players from Malaysia must be training with good coach. In order to achieve it must be database with skills these players. If you elect me on coach I'll do database with young and with some older players. To good training young players I'll talk with users from malysia and instruct theirs like do it. I play sokker for 1year 21 months so I think that I'm expirenced player. Before all matches I'll do new tactic for Malaysia depeding from game opponent. If you have any questions please ask me in this topic. I'll talk with you in English and if it will be needing I'll find user which translate all for malasian language :)

how long do you plan to be coach here

how long users from Malysia want ... the best like the longer.... I'll do database and I'd like insruct malaysia users to the best training their young players.... now Malaysia can win max. 1 match in qualifications to world cup and for about 5 seasons can qualify to World Cup.

how long malaysia users want is another question, and i don't represent all.

players the best... I did short list of Malysia young players playng at active users... if You want I can send you it on IGM. I think in Malysia older and younger players have similar skills. So if young and old player will be the same I'll posture on younger....

you maight be right but in the first season the coach musn't take the players by there mark they have to take them by there skils

sure I'll take players by their skills and if young and old players have the same skills I'll take younger... If I'll be elected I won't have choice young or old player and now old and young players have similar skils. Beacuse when you got team system it draws lat age and skills .

If you tacke the yunger at NT you will macke them more talented and they would be better and better in a few weeks but,IN this season or in the next season I don't think there would be enought yung and good players to make a NT team.

future is more important, this only 2nd season in Malaysia? i think old player will not be too far ahead.

Do you think what Malaysia can do in this season? maximum win some matches with teams like bolivia so in the match which I can win I'll play the best players and with matches with team like Polska players to 27 years beacuse after 30y skill players quickly go down. and better think about future for two season when players which have now max 27 y will be main part NT.

I am realy sorry that I bring this subject but why did you lose the match with romania????You didn't use the same players.

listen to me Romania has 2,5k users Malysia 14 so I can't have the same players as Romania.

beacuse we have a crazy coach and he took on this match players from team friend stefanbathory...

crazy trainer weak players in NT and loses. Poland lose a lot of matches in last season like with RPA. Please I don't want tell you about crazy trainer NT Poland
