Subject: [NT] Tigermaster

Hello Malaysia players.

I would like to become the National Team manager of your nation. I have been playing sokker for just over a year and have just completedmy first season in League II.04 and finished in 2nd position.

I have a soccer background and have been playing or reffereeing the sport for almost 15 years. I know how to make tactics that will work, this comes from my sporting experience and I know that I can make those tactics work to this country's advantage.

I will not say that I play with a 4-4-2 formation or even a 3-4-3 formation. I will first and foremost get a whole mix of players and then see what the best formation for the NT would be.

I will strive to make this country move up into the higher ranks in the world. I can not promise anything except that I will do the best that I possibly can do.

Most of the active members of Malaysia know me quite well in the forums. Most have also played me in some friendly matches too.

I managed to start working with Mukegilee, current NT coach, and helped to make the NT fixtures list.

why you're starting in Malaysia ? How much time you'll have everyday on managing NT Malaysia ?

Why am I starting in Malaysia?

I am starting in Malaysia because I think it would be an excellent challenge for me. I know some people who actually live in Malaysia, but unfortunately they do not play sokker.

How much time will i have to manage Malaysian NT?

I will take as much time as I need to take. I can not promise that I will be on for 5 or 6 hours I can not even promise that I will be online every day. However when I am online and on sokker I would be trying to spend as much time as I possibly can.

how far do you plan to lead Malaysia NT to?(you mentioned higher but how far)

what do you think Malaysia NT needs?

what kind of candidates(a tactician?)

RL soccer experience really help a lot in this game?

what other similar games you played and your experience if any.

Ok i plan to lead the Malaysian NT as far as i possibly can. Prefereably get a few wins in this first season. I would like to build up the squad. Take players from all teams.

Malaysian NT player Needs:
A strong defence.
Midfielders with Passing and a bit less Playmaking. IMO Passing more important that PM
Strong Attackers
Pace is a given. Must be speedy

I am a defence trainer myself and I prefer a strong defencive line. I am not the greatest tactician but I am willing to do my best. I will try different things here and there. I can not promise anything except to try my best and do the best for Malaysia

RL soccer experience its self does not really help. IMO my refereeing experience does help with positioning. Just to see where players run and how they construct their attacking moves and how good they can defend the opposing team's attacking moves.

I only play sokker. I have tried Hattrick but i didnt have the time to figure it out. Hattrick is a single skilled based game in comparison to sokker. Sokker players need more than one main skill. I give about 80-90% of my online time to Sokker.

Tigermaster would certainly be a good candidate for Malaysia. We've had some good battles and he is a very good manager. He says he can't promise he'll be online every day but trust me, he's on Sokker during almost every spare moment he has!

The choice is yours of course, but I'm 100% certain he won't let you down.
