Rules don't speak about training for players playing in NT match.

From the News Page: benefits it's for the owner of the national player who is played for national team. He will have following profits:
+ prestige - a little more fans will come on his club matches,
+ better medical care of injured national player.

A Friendly is like 90% training and a league game is 95% percent. So if they play an NT game and a league game they will get the full 100%. But if their game time equates to 75% for the club then the full 25% of the NT is used.
