wrong information :)

league 90%
friendly 80%
both 100%
NT 30%

from all sources that has been discussed , i'm confident given they play a full 90min the following applies:

league match = 95%
friendly match = 90%
cup match = 95%
NT match = 30%

Upto a maximum of 100%, so playing twice will be 100% training.

with the numbers you shows, it seems to me that any team who has 1 player in NT can train an extra player

well if you want only the 30% then yes, otherwise not really, as theyd have to play another bulk of a game to get close to full training or exact full training and you can't get more then 100%, so there's a tiny advantage but not a great advantage.

besides which just thought of, it's not a lot different then the fact you can train 10 midfielders but only 2 keepers which is an even bigger advantage then having an NT player. Also if you have an NT player it's unlikely you wouldn't play him in the league game anyway, thus basically eliminating any real advantage there.

if player play 90 minutes in NT and 57 in official match he'll have 100% training if full match in NT and two matches in club in week too 100 %...

No, That wouldnt work. They would get about 60% training from the official match and 10% training from the NT match if they play for those times..
