let me tell you something.There is a small program and you can change your IP as you like.But I gues he is not that bad.And there whore 2 votes for him cause first he voted himself.

haha! the small program u can change you IP address... yeah that works... only if u can be bothered to change it back to the same thing every time... and any way the IP would need to be a Class A or B address to be modified. Why would you bother?
