Subject: NT players selection

Sorry, I meant training from NT matches is minimal. Friendly matches are about 80-90% and cup are more like league matches.

The only benefit of playing older players now, jsut for this season, is that they may be some of the best players in Malaysia. If younger players are better, take them instead.

If younger players are 2 lvls worse wait till they have been trained then play them in NT matches

tiger Malaysia is one season..... has about 15-20 it changes all the time.... They recived so 300 players.... I thnk 100 of these players was u-22 so I think 11 players young have the same skills as old only NT coach must find theirs in clubs...

2nd season of NT younger players would be trained to a better level. 1st season, most players are even. And some if not all teams have trained stamina for the first season they have been playing so they havent decided on what they are going to be training yet. When it gets to season 3 in a new nation, (2nd NT season) younger players will be trained and will be better, where older players wont be trained as well. Therefore older players wont be playing in NT.

now are better....belive me..... I read often transfer forums and I see what probably skills have players.... listen to me.... Old players WASN"T TRAINED WHENEVER, so can't be better than young.... with reciving team system draw lats skills and age.... so is very probably that younger players are better than old.... if old player has stamina this young too...

The thing is. Some managers do not even know about the NT or who to submit their players to!! Granted about 100/300 players were U22 BUT i'd say 60/100 havent been submitted and about 30/100 are no good. Then the remaining 10/100 might all play mid/def

so NT coach writing to all managers about skills their players and player is submited :P it isn't problem :P so 10 players +1 GK this is an eleven :P

And if those managers do not reply? Or do not know what the NT manager is talking about? Or do not want their players in the NT? what can they do?

I mean oblivious to the fact that Mukegilee is the NT manager. They could think that they are just trying to find out their players stats for their own personal use. Some dont even know what the Mail thing is or how to navigate around the site?

You don't know what they think so won't write if you don't know :P

Where did you get the 4% figure from?

isnt it 4% more attendance? for cup/league matches if they have a NT player

No. There isn't a set figure that has been given, which is why I asked about why you said 4%.
