i still can't get what is the benefit of playing older players.

say a 30 yo with excellent skill and another 20 yo with solid skill why play the 30 yo?

playing 30 yo still not winning, playing 20 yo also not winning, but the training effect will benefit the 20 yo but not the 30 yo

do we expect winning now? i guess no.

The only time older players should be used for an NT is if they are significantly better than the younger ones.

As Malaysia is a new nation, I doubt this is the case. The training benefit for playing players in NT games is small, but it's those small bits that will add up over time and could make the team better long term.

i still agreed with toong... if we follow the logic thinking, a young player will surely gain experience when they play for NT rather than palyin older player since older player will decrese in skills...
if we play the youth this season, he will gain more experience rather play the youth next season.. like tiger said b4, where wait for a youth to lvl up 2 skills by the end of season, if we play the youth now, we might then gain the players experience to (maybe) 3 skills :P (if u guys know what i mean) :D
but i dunno how the system in sokker works so padon me if im wrong...

and to our malaysian NT coach... plz come over to the forum sometimes... dun hide urself... come and tell us whats in ur mind... its our team so we need to improve the squad... by discussing it will make the team better :D currently we really not going for a win.. maybe we just look for a draw and then celebrate it at KLCC just one draw my aim to NT in this tournament

I think NT coach don't want write on forum.... I wrote him mail in sokekr that teach him making tactics he answered yes. I answered him only part making tactics and wrote will about more write when read. Didn't reapeted :(

ppl already elected u, its like u dun really give a 100% focus on NT.. sorry if im a lil outspoken, but really a NT coach should be more reliable.. and we rely on u coz u our NT coach!

Me and janosik told you he is a noob that means a user that is a bigginer in this game and dosen't knoew enought to be a NT coach

I said only probably....And if he wanted be NT coach and couldn't make tactics this is a noob.

I'm jumping on this bandwagon. Mukegilee, what was the point in making yourself the NT coach if you are not willing to make tactics for NT or even your own team! Come on mate, you really should know how to do these things.
