Hello everyone,
I would like to officially apply as the head coach of the Malaysia Under-21 national team.
I have been playing Sokker for almost a year with great passion. I am obsessed with tactics: I study every opponent carefully to identify their weak points and exploit them. I spend hours and hours in the game, analyzing not only matches but also all players and the transfer market. Thanks to this dedication, I am already close to achieving my second promotion in the Italian league.
I believe an Italian coach can bring tactical discipline, a winning mentality, and a strategic approach that will help Malaysia U21 improve and grow. Additionally, I have family in Malaysia, which gives me even more motivation and a special connection with this team.
I want to help Malaysia grow, making every match an opportunity to learn and get more passionate about the game. I promise to listen to all suggestions, follow the ideas of the community, and share every decision on the forum so the project truly belongs to everyone.
