does this make sense to train players with 2 different types of training in a week?
let say for 1st team (match on sunday) = i train pace and for my reserve team (play friendly on wed) = i train them defending...
so before the league match start i use training pace and on wednesday or day before friendly i change the training to defending for my reserve.. ? will it make sense... i hope not but im wondering :s

You can't do it. You'll train what in the train's day is marked.
If your going to do that... you would be training defence as it was the last thing that would be in the training orders
