for those experienced users.. which do u guys invest more into when u guys started play sokker? r u guys more to stadium expansion, coaches, or juniors???
i currently investing in coaches where i got 2 v.good and a solid coaches which cost me around rm115k per week(which is a lot of money) and not investing in juniors which will cost malaysia a shortages in players (i dun hire junior coach).
i did so bcoz my players average age is 20.4 so its better for me to invest in coaches right since early age gain exp faster than the old..
so what r u guys opinion? is it a good investment for me? or is it good to have juniors?

When I started game I invested in YS and training young players.... average age my team was around 18,5.... I trained pace with a coach unheartly in pace and about tragic in others skills... In the begining better don't invest in stadium
:) i think we r in the same path way... it just that i have to forgone my junior team to give way to my coaches to suck up my money :P yah i think to upgrade my stadium next season so maybe i can afford to have my junior team back.

don't have assistants now... better buy some young talented players... If you'll have more money you can have 3 assistants ;) at the begining I din't have assistants...
so assistant is not important? well i didnt know that...i thouht we needed those three assistant. so u saying that the training still effective with the only use of main coach? or will it be a bit slow in progress compare to having 3 assistant (but not much gap in pop ups)? please tell me in detail, so i can sack my assistant and change it to only main coach and hire a junior team coach.. damn i believe that i already messed up with my coach style :P
assistant only give extra bonus to training skil... or to general training... more efective training is with assistnats but now I think at thr beging you haven't enough money for it...I think you can should have now one assistant(about very good)
First, when I've started the game I was investing into young player, my average of their age was about 18-19, then I have invested into trainers, now I have 3*formidable assistants, incredible first trainer with 5unearthly skills... It helps me with having many random pops. Then I have rebuilded my stadium, now it has 16 300seats and for playing match on my pitch I am getting about 400 000 zl - about 100 000euro.
In two weeks time summing I am on + so I've just decided to open junior's school :)... Now I have only two juniors, but it will change :). Aha I have never complain for lack of money :)..
