Dont make to many spots available for you youth squad yet. say a maximum of 10-12 spaces. But dont forget you can get a maximum of 6 per week. dont take any one less than average, unless they have more than 30 weeks...
and remember to have minimum formidable trainer because lower level trainer is no sense
I'd say minimum excellent junior trainer. Formidables can sometimes be a bit much money for new teams... especially in the third division.
say what?! excellent? i still think thats too much but ill try to cope with ur suggestion
i still think we a premier league II club should forgone the idea of junior team :( we still cant afford to train them... its no use we train them for 20-30weeks just to produce an average players... but its my opinion
training for 20-30 weeks is a good thing... i have just pulled two incredible youths... both starting with over 30 weeks...
George Mangos good 30
Perry Yon adequate 34
Both pulled as Incredible...

but i mean of hiring an average-solid coach.. they wont pop ups so many with that type of coach right.. im sure u have a formidable+ coach for ur junior

yeah my coach, before this season was formidable. It is now outstanding (awesome cost of only 22kpw).
Admittedly i do get more from sponsors but i went for an excellent when i was in the lowest division (3rd div then)
it also depends on how much you earn from sponsors and tickets and if you want to invest in a junior school...These are my coaches…

I say again- lower level (for juniors) than formidable is non sense if U have no money for that or better You should hire some young players from TL
hence this justifies my point that i've made the wrong decision... but i suppose its too late to drop the youths i have now, i'll just have to struggle on
whats your youth squad like now?
How many have you got in your squad etc.
Could you sk mail your list of youths?
