fooled me for awhile, thought he was malaysian, until i did a search.....

anyway congrats, i'm still awaiting my first pull due this thursday, but not expecting much at all, cause he's only at good skill level

I think that Malaysian's players should be showed here it could be helpful for future NT's coach

I dont. Not this thread. Maybe another thread if you wish to open it. This thread is for the Juniors that have been pulled by the players. It is just to see what is coming through the ranks of Malaysia and to see if there is any talent/possible stars for the NT. We can also give advice to the players who get the juniors as to how to train them up :)

currently passing for forwards, changed from tech for short while, next season week 1 re-training tech, then the following, when he's 18, scoring

Passing for forwards? Are you sure? The 2 most important skills for a forward are pace and technique. I would change this training... The others skills are important, course, but like a "bonus".

And when you train passing, train for MID's. In this training, you can use 10 players, not only 6. :)

Probably only the first one. You can put the 3 player in TL for $0. As you are in a small country in Sokker, some people buy these players trying to have a future NT player.

i don't have a pace coach, i have one who's magical in pasing and the other unearthly in technique, i'll have to wait till next season to see if i have enuf to get another coach next season.

i'm very willing to go all out to train him for NT, so if anyone's not too busy, i would like someone to draw up a training plan for this guy, eg, train pace for x weeks/xxxxx level..... then move on to scoring for x seasons/until xxxxx level

Could you post your coaches here?

You must have a unearthly as main coach (he'll be unearthly in you trained skill), but what's really important for assistants and junior's coach is his general level.
