my junior pull next week be ready to dry ur wallet..

My problem is more of trying to decide who to let go in order to train the promoted youth. 2 NT mid receiving training, the others have all popped in 1-3 weeks and now I have another trainable player........ Maybe I will do what the others have done and sell off the 2 NT players in order that they get the training they need.....
Wasted all my time in sokker until this season not giving any of the players proper training ..... now I don't have enough slots... lol.

what is your training???

if you have "too many" trainable players, how about changing training to pace and sell those players who didn't fit your training plans at start of next season when prices will be up again...

at the moment prices are going down, but there is still some big teams who try to find decent trainable players.

from my view as NT coach, pace training would be very good for this players.

So maybe give them pace training till the end of season, and then sell them if you want change training for something else

I can't change training at present time as 3 (possibly 5) of my players have shown rapid improvement and I just need them to get to a decent level in their skill before I change. I may sell the 2 NT players then as they seem to be the ones most in need of pace.... I just don't like having to replace them with players who are not from my original team. And selling them will also mean auto relegation for my team :(

how many assistant coach required for me?now i have 2 good assiatant coach,and 1 excellent junior coach.( i only set up 4 place in my junior school).thank....

oh.... u better make use of that excellent junior coach of yours. 4 slots imho is rather wasting.

but dont u think for a new club it would be expensive to have a lot of junior spot?

then he excellent coach is no use, may be use that coach somewhere else

would mind showing your excellent coach skill? may be can use as main coach or assistant coach.

or you can get more junior slot if you got enough money

main coach i already have a magical effective skill coach, is that good junior coach can improve my junior skill? many week ago i don see my junior skill improve....

In weeks that you have a home match... do you get more than what you lose when you play at home?

So for example you lose 20k with away match and get ~30-50k with a home game?

if so.. you probably should expand your youth school.. to around 10 or 12. but no more than 6 places per week. Otherwise you would be wasting money on you youth coach and youth school

haha....this week i have home match, i got ticket income around 100k lo....so i think i can balance it for total 2 week lo..

but you said no more than 6 place perweek is what meaning ? don want suddently increasing 6 place?
