Could you post your coaches here?
You must have a unearthly as main coach (he'll be unearthly in you trained skill), but what's really important for assistants and junior's coach is his general level.

He needs stamina, technique and pace... So, you can train stamina in the end of season (about 3 weeks), then you can choice... A season in striker, a season in pace... A season (or less) in striker, a season in technique...
Has he high talent?

my opinion when you have a junior good 33 weecks and one good 27 weecks you should tacke a formidabil coach. The bigest difference between consecutive skis at a coach is between excelent and formidble.
formidable is ok, in Poland guy from 2 league (of 7) has formidable coach for juniors so do I :)... I have set up it recently and I see good effects of his job. what's more he is quite cheap he costs me 40k zl (40 000 zł = 50 000 RM)

wage of course :)... it's quite hard to find formidable with that wage, but possible :), I ve got 4 formidable coaches (3assistants)
yea i just started so dun expect me to be roman abramovich
@leogar: lets see apart from those two i mentioned earlier(one of which i currently place him as junior coach), i have 3 solid assistant coaches
and this is hurting my economy already, i hope when i promote i get some money

i was joking about the juniors, just thought those better skills didn't come in the right place.
50k is not easy for new teams like us, i only get 124k for home match, i think that is the top income in malaysia at the moment.
formidable coach will have to wait for a while i guess.

I still remember how it is on the begining :).
So my advice is:
first of all hire main coach who has one at least magicial skill which u train, then when income allows You hire some assistants. remember that better is having 3 solid than 1 formidable!
Invest into young players from tl, remember that young player are training much faster that player after 23s.
And then, after few seasons start interesting in junior school! Earlier there is no sense! I have set up junior school just three weeks ago! Think about it!
Aha what's more employing coach for juniors which is worse than formidable have non sense :)

i think your suggestion on main coach and young players are good, and already doing that.
the junior school i may need to think about that, as malaysia is small country with little teams, players with something like 2 not too bad skills in the right place may get us some money.

of course U're right, but make it only when it won't blast your financial status :)...
what i am saying is that getting an excellent junior coach may be an alternative for me but as for lower income teams may need to put their plan on junior school at later stage.
in Your case... hm... maybe... hm it's good solution :)
I disagree with investing in juniors after a few seasons. Some of the juniors that get pulled are awesome! And Malaysia as a young country does need some young stars. As well as some older stars too!.
I'm with Tigermaster on this one. Getting a junior school (js) running as soon as posible is essential. When I started, we were iirc, around 50 players in my country and even juniors with quite low skills where sellable for good money.
The smaller the country, the bigger the chance for a player to make the national team. This means that teams from other countries might be willing to buy your less than good juniors for a higher prize.
My js started giving a small profit after 1½-2 seasons using a solid trainer. By this time I could afford to upgrade the trainer to an excellent.
Another factor is that the js is one of the really exciting parts of the game. Waiting for thursday so you can see what kind of guys your juniors turn out to be and then posting the results to the conf, bragging or complaining to your fellow gamers - great fun! And besides winning, fun is what this game is all about.
