Not a very bad pull actually. Only 2 things

1) If you don't have a higher skill coach, average pop of 5.67 doesn't look too bad.

2) You need to train pace for at least 1.5 season to 2 season, if your training plan don't allow you, you might need to sell him. Those that are full time training pace, might find him interesting.

May i know yr coach level? I think he is not bad for me.

the stanima fuked all but the player is pretty good the ages is cuz he probly been more then 1 season with ur team in academy
