It is your choice. It is pity that for a good 26 has more than 6 weeks talent to popup.

To me, he still possible to be formidable with 6 weeks talents, I would wait and see his exact talents.

I know it is +2 (age), but I will not accept a +2 with very good. I will accept + 2 with excellent, maybe and + 2 with formidable definitely.

I'd probably wait and see if he pops next week.. if not i'd get rid of him.... maybe i should take my own advice on that one

Costante Badessa worst talent sokker has ever seen

he has not popup from the start i.e. 32 weeks when arrived. even if he pop next week it is still unknown if he is 7 or more.

if he pop next week, i may need to wait at least 7 weeks to confirm his talent, i am not saying he should be fired or not.

i don't really mind spending on him but just to discuss for the benefit of other if they have similar situation, is it worth waiting.
