Subject: Junior Thread

he has not popup from the start i.e. 32 weeks when arrived. even if he pop next week it is still unknown if he is 7 or more.

if he pop next week, i may need to wait at least 7 weeks to confirm his talent, i am not saying he should be fired or not.

i don't really mind spending on him but just to discuss for the benefit of other if they have similar situation, is it worth waiting.

What I am saying is, if you get 7 weeks this weeks, it is possible for you to get 6 weeks the other week. The 7 weeks might just be touching borders. So if you get 6 weeks plus near 7 weeks, it is still excellent possible.

I normally will drop a player, when it is hundred percent confirme that it does not meet my requirement, in this case excellent. I am not suggesting you should do this, or my way is better, I just say this is my style.

The idea is to ensure does not miss out anyone, but once it is 100 percent sure he is crap, he must go.

you should think except that you spend money not firing him you could set free a slot for a better talented player

I recommened this. In future, when you post in junior thread, please indicate that the player is already updated in DB. If you don't indicate meaning it is not updated, and the NT scouts will do the work.

The idea is we do not want to miss out any new talents in our DB. Once your record is created, the respective scouts will do the monitoring for latest skill update.
