Level is what he was pulled at -> Formidable, Excellent etc

Talent is how many weeks it took for the player to go up in a skill... Eg 3 weeks from Solid to Excellent, 4 Weeks from excellent to Formidable

I believe Currently training Pace... (Correct me if I am wrong TerFu) - If you keep training him in Pace - He can be one of Malaysia's best young prospects
