hopeless stamina,
adequate pace,
hopeless technique,
average passing,
tragic keeper
excellent defender
weak playmaker
hopeless striker

following wat u said, training tech now(since i hav a tech coach)

so next whole season im training pace(hopefully with an unearthly pace coach) and then the season after that scoring(maybe 2 seasons)
then back to tech(or maybe other skills)

off seasons in between these will be filled in with stamina training

you call that good?? he won't be able to make it on the Malaysian NT

after a season or 2 i think he would... only if he was a malaysian player of course :P. He is 16 dont forget...

if you become Malaysia coach, he will be in the NT ;p

correction.... Polish Coach, then he'll be in Polish NT

Rather in Czech Rep NT because I've bought him :) (when he was adequate defender :) )

lets hope he can pop to excellent before then :) Good luck with him. From the juniors that i have pulled lately, he will most probably become a type of player you are currently training. Could be different but good luck anyways :)
