Will it actually be against the (usual forum) rules to post juniors who are already transfer listed at the time of posting?

as long as you dont link the players it is alright... (as far as I am aware) But if you pull the player then transfer list them and post them in this forum then that is alright

I training pace at this moment.

it will be good for him i think.
make a high skill of pace and then sell or train tech :)

if i had that player i will train him in tech 3 lvls then sell him that way every one taht trains midfilder or striker will be interested in him and will be great sale
