if your youth coach is outstanding or weaker and he have talent 5 with that coach, you could add this information also. many managers estimate the talent only after they known what was the youth coach. talent 5 with trainer excellent would be great, with formidable or outsatanding very nice too.

with stronger trainers nothing special and then better option is to not write this information ; )

I think as at this moment we don't discount any possibility, it is good to have this info registered to the DB first. If he is not good enough, then of course the system will not allowed him to be input.

1. I don't think most Malaysian users really know who is good enough, and who is not. So, it will be great if they can let the coaching staffs know their player.

It is up to the coaching staffs, to accept or reject his player then.


2. Junior Thread, this thread is the most active thread in Malaysia, as we encourage communication, so hopefully most users will post their players here, good or bad. As mentioned, users just report what they have, national coaches is the one that choose.
