i've seen better players with this level.
believe me, you can pull a real star sometimes, even if the player's skill is vg or exc ;)

If he is 16 or 17.
At the age of 18 you can't pull a star with a very good one :p
But yes, he could be better but he is not soooo weak.

i pulled once a vg youth and he was 17 but it was at the end of the season and i got for him 2.6M zł, it's 650k€.
