Little trick... don't put on TL the junor just they exit from junor team, because if you put on thursday on TL, the sell will end on saturday.... Usually on saturday is not a good day to sell, because usually people exit and go to enjoy :P

In my case, I have a 18years old goalkeeper with very good in keeping to sell, but I wait to sell, I will put him on TL on saturday evening, so the sell will end on Monday ;)

Mh.... In my opinion, you're lucky. If a player needs pace, it will increase a bit his evaluation when you sell it, because many manager train pace ;)

I haven't seen the point in stamina... that is a bad waste! :(
You can see like a balancing of unlucky (points in stamina) and lucky (low points in pace and balanced distribution in other skills)

Wow, great player. If he has got even a discrete talent he could play in U21 in the future. With a good talent I preview his debut in the middle of next season :)
