Not bad the first... it's a pity that we are at the end of the season. And about this...

I would like to share a little suggestion with alla of you! And I would like to discuss about it, because it's a my idea about the management of the young team.
I started with the hypothesis that a young player that join to your young team at the start of the season has got more value than a young player with the same leve that join at the end of the season because has got more time to train with a lower age.

For example, is it a lucky strike if join an average 17 years old?
If we are at the start of the season it's a good player, but if we are in the last week of the season, I think that he is useless.

So, said this, what I suggest? I suggest to make an hard selection with the young player that will arrive in these last weeks of the season, in order to leave free more place as possible when next season will start.

I've seen..... And I'm very displeased, because many points are wasted. Do you know that, if propertly trained, he could play like midfielder in national team?

But this country could have a little lucky strikes? This season I've got a huge amount of unlucky between lack of players and form! :(
