I have 3*incredible assi for a weak, earlier I had 3*formidable :)... I ve heard that difference is high :)

lol. I got so little juniors. The upkeep of coaches are starting to get to me as i did some little upgrades for my school

First up. Welcome to sokker.

If you need any help ask in the forums :) Any Malaysian player, WooB or Myself will do our best to answer them.

Secondly, you will only initially have a small youth squad and a lowish sponsorship income. So train stamina first, then once you have decided to a position, (GK, DEF, MID, ATT) stick to it.

Youth squad doesnt look too bad at the moment :) Hopefully Jaafar bin Ibrahim and Zailani bin Mokhtar are both quite talented.

What level coach do you have for your youth school?

yea i figured that too. but i sacked quite a lot of youths. I will start recruiting 6 new juniors weekly from now till i have maybe around 10 good prospects.

Training effectiveness:

Thats a pretty decent Youth Coach.

Personally with a youth school...

I'd want to keep any player who would come out of the school at Solid or above.

So keep any solids and goods.

Adequate 10 weeks and above
Average 17 weeks and above
Weak 26 weeks and above
Poor 29 weeks and above
Unsatisfactory 32 weeks and above.

Sack any Hopeless or tragic straight away.

That is just a guide that i try to stick to. If its 2-3 weeks below those estimates i'd keep them no more than 4-5

Also, If they arent popping (going up in skill) every 6-7 weeks at the most sack them so you can get some more juniors :)

what is the best skill what a junior come into the school?

there is a gossip that Solid, but I ve never seen that level junior :)... I think good is the best :)

I think I have saw my juniors that are solid when first come to the school.
