is 3 assistant coaches maximum allowed or that is the optimum number? what happens if i have 4?

The assistants may be helpful to the main coach improving his training effectiveness - the better the assistant (in terms of general appraisal); the more he helps the main coach. However, do not hire too many assistants. If you hire more than 3, they will argue, resulting in training being less effective, or even lost.

i waste some training then, i didn't fired the 4th for 1 week begining of this season when i was changing coach.

wow i wanted to hire more assistants, unfortunately (maybe more fortunate in this case) i didnt have enuf cash
