basically, the 1st paragraph i am explaining what i mean by assumption.

example, you may assumed
1. we follow your advise, we have in our team a good trainer
2. with that you think the average skill level of NT players will be at XX level in X seasons
3. if you take player coming out from junior squad into account or just players currently available

1. I would advise you to get an Uneathly trainer in whichever skill you wish to train

2. It is hard to tell what the average skill level of NT players will be/ should be in however many seasons...

Defenders: Formid Def, Solid Tech.
Midfielders: Solid PM, Vgood Pass, Good Tech
Attackers: Formid Att, Solid Tech
GK: Solid+ Gk
Pace: Good+

3. Certainly. Junior players are the most important part of the game. I would also use the players currently available

these are not questions, also i am not saying you have to make these assumptions.

i am saying you can assume whatever but when you say what your goal is, it is a bit easier to relate to if you give some little things like this to tell us how you plan to achieved your goals.

just telling me in x season you want to get malaysia to x ranking, everyone can say that but who actually can do it?

I obviously misread the post as questions.

So you mean, Little things, such as building up a strong team to play in matches against other nations. Making a tactic best for the players. Not making a tactic and placing players in the wrong positions.

I think I can take Malaysia up to atleast the top 45 within the season. Overall goal would be 40th but if it doesnt happen, anything over 45th would make me feel I have done a good job
