Hi all. I'm from Italy, Sokker-addicted since 2005-03-22. :D

In last season my team, Polisportiva Orsi Orobici, was in Serie A, with the second best average mark (43.2) of the season (2000 users). I'm a forward trainer, with a Estonian NT player that now get over 60 of mark.

My goal with Malaysian NT it is only one NOW: start a good team with the players we can get and help Malaysian coaches well training this players. I think it's impossibile, for me now, speech about tactics or other things, because tactics and other depend also, imho, from player's skills and now I dont know Malaysian players skills.
So dont ask me about it. :)

I'm online all days of the week, reading forums, looking for players, for best tactics and looking my and others matches (I'm PLUS).

Last season was a ghost-season for Malaysian NT, now its time to changes.

What I mean: to create a good NT, with which to play good matches in which to fight in order to gain them. For your fun and for my fun. The job that I will engage myself to make will be useful also for the futures NT coaches. And for ranking too. :)

I'm very glad to introduce you what I have prepared: the (future, we hope) Malaysia NT Staff. :)

Malaisyan country, with only (but we hope can increase) 14(?) users, it is not - imho - a easy field for scouting. To have a National Team with at least two players for all positions, it will be necessary to search them in a lot of teams. At least, until when nice and young players will be available in the no-bot teams.
Search them means also to see them play: the only way to have a reply between mark and behavior in field. So, a lot of player in a lot of matches.

For this job, if I will become NT coach, I have decided to take advantage of the collaboration of two able friends:

Billygoat, owner of Minaccia Alcolica FC 4723: forwards/defenders scouting

and

Erpes, owner of Erpus 28461: midfielders/wingers scouting.

Others (very) important tasks for me and they:
- help Malaisyan coaches to do better with younger players training;
- take, if someone interested, a Malaysian vice-scout to teach about players valutation.

I think that is very important for us and most of all for you to help the future national team coach and staff.
Experience in the game is very important for a NT coach and I assure you that the skill experience of PiOO is very high. If some of you malaysian coaches could help an expert staff you can get the experience that you need for leading by yourself your NT in a couple of seasons.
So I hope that, if PiOO will win, you could help us in selection of players and, why not, in tactical disposition.

I already started scouting forwards and defenders from your teams and I also saw some players in bot team that seems strong enough to be a NT player.

we prefere to talk with the malesian coach instead of a unfriendly DB. Remember that a lot of teams are BOT. Cant ask to a BOT to fill a Form :)

Btw I`ll help PIOO to found the best midfielders/wingers and if you have someone that, do you think, we need to view, feel free to send us a SK mail.
