Subject: [NT]Woob :)

Hello I think You all know me well :).. If You had ever a question, problem I tried to answer, this won't change :)... If somebody has any questions now, just ask :)

Maybe I tell somethin' about my plans:

-I want to be NT coach and person who helps everybody with their problems
-In my team juniors will have priority before older (but It doesn't mean that old players couldnt play in NT :) )
- I want to build Malaysian's team strong not only for this season, my work will visible in future
-I ll scouting, your and not only, leagues to find best players and asking owners for skills
- My tactic would be made under players not retreat
- I want to improve Malaysian's position in a world ranking ladder
- only the best players will be playing in NT, zero of acquaintance :)
- beacause I have plus I could send anybody who wants statistics for their league or whatever their want
-plus helps NT coach a lot

what is young/old?

this season cannot be strong, how can we tell we are strong? how far in future?

i know winning matches will improve ranking, how will you do that?

young players are to 22-23years, old 25and up

We dont have good players maybe, but tactic in sokker is very important, I will improve tactic

tactic will be making for players not players will be bringing for tactic :)


u're asking also how far we can be strong... I think in second half of this season there will be effects of my work... I promise that You will see diferences in first match :)

aha... and I want to work with Malaysia more than one season :)

wat about giving even younger players from age 16-20 who are promising chance on the team so they gain extra training? so ur only working with guys aged 22 onwards?

what is the reasons you choose the age? so you will select 28 yo, 30 yo? will you select players with high skill if no training is given to him?

what about junior coming out?

I think You didnt understand me. The most important for me will be working with players who are aged 16-22 years, in this age player's training is most effective. I want to help player's owners with training and promoting their players, of course if someone will have a good player who has 28y I will bring him! Remember that new skill is added :).

I rather will select young players. I want to work with guys who have 16-22years.

My reason to choose this age are:
-helping owners with training
-remember that I want to work with Malaysia more than one season, I want to make this team strong not only for one year
-helping with promotion, remember that selling player who is in NT is more profitable

Of course that if somebody(older) will have skills uncomparable better than guy in 16-22y I will bring him

About junior coming out, I will make a topic on forum in which every thursday You could posts your juniors. It can be that someone won't say on forum how is looking his junior- this will be handle by sk-mail. If somebody dont want to show skills of his players I won't say their skills to anybody

28y how 'good'? how many levels of difference?

it's hard to say without seeing players :)... remember that good att has a good level of striker skill, tech and pace :)

i guess you can roughly estimate how good a player is by looking at his marks. have check if there is old players that are a lot better than all the younger players in malaysia?

What are your motives to run Malaysia? I mean, why do you want to be their NT coach?

marks are seriously nothing important, I will give You example:

I had in past player which was outstanding striker, his pace and tech was at average level... and he played at 46%... And later I had excellent striker with very good tech and speed. You have answer :)

It's clear that also form has meaning I think U see which player is better :)
