1)You won't get players in this kind of country in that way
2)doing it in that way you show these players to other nts managers...

Hm...it's not Poland where evrybody wants to have a nt player.

Here you must sk-mail all teams[I've done it in Australia, in Malysia you have only 15 teams! So it's 5min to do it] and inform that you won in election, you are making database and ask for copy pasting all their players.
