Subject: NT's Requirements

These are requirements for Malaysia's NT:

GK at least:

Solid (8) GK
Solid(8) Pace

Defs:

Very good(9) Defending
Good(7) Pace
playmaking + technique + passing >
14


Mids:

solid(8) passing
solid(8) playmaking
solid(8) technique
adequate(6) pace
average(5) defending


Strikers:

solid(8) pace
solid(8) technique
very good(9) strikes




Youngers (16-19) could be a bit worse

Could other higher skills compensate for lower other skills

eg. Formidable Defending but adequate pace and pm+tech+pass >~12?

And the same for GK, Mids and Strikers too?

In some examples yes, but I prefer faster def with very good defending skill than defender with divine skill and hopeless pace

All also depends on age, younger could be worse

Yeh obviously about the def... but some skills can compensate for higher levels? like my example before... liek 1 lvl higher pm 1 lvl lower tech or similar?

maybe yes :)... but lower skill than for example good in tech (talking about mids) cant be

if don't have that good players or players meet the requirements yet, i believed exceptions should be made if the lacking skill is being trained

yup :)... It's rather requirements for owners who has Malaysia's players and are not from Malaysia. Guys from Malaysia easier can have NT's player :)

all i am saying is that now we are still developing NT squad, what skills the player is going to have in future should be consider more than what skills the the player currently has.

Seriously today's players are not as good as requirement says :P
