Real Life

I'm 22-year Polish guy who live in Warsaw. Now i'm studying at one of the polish uniwersity (SGGW). My hobbies are rugby and football
My favourite football club is Legia Warsaw.



Sokker

I'm manager of Legia Jawora. I started playing this game at 2004-04-30, so i think during this almost 3 years i collected very much experience. I could say that sokker is now my "home hobby".

I am a former Romanian NT coach. Romanian people elected me for three times.

I was also general assistant of Polish NT coach "kobinalewka" before i started my work with Romanian team.

my successes:

- win polish II.04 league.
- win Mini World Cup 2 seasons ago (tournament for all teams which didn't qualify for the 1st Sokker World Cup)
- qualify Romania for the 2nd Sokker World Cup
- move Romania in Sokker Ranking (from 39th position to 20th position) during this time when i was their coach.

NT Malaysia

I hope that experience could help me with working here in Malaysia. Now i know what problems new NT teams could have (When i started work in Romania it was also their 3rd season as a country in sokker).

I can't promise you that I will qualify to the World Cup in the next season (it could be probably too early for Malaysia) but the main aim must be buliding your National Team for the future. (invest in young players, advises with their training). Of course i will also fight for some points in WC qualifications. In my opinion with good tactic Malaysia could beat teams which have similar or little better players.

Database

I don't know if you have any database with players who may play in your national team.
But i know you should have it.

without good database, it's very hard to do good results

In this database there won't be only players who are in NT now, but also this who could play there in future (after few seasons training)

When i ended work in Romania i have almost 300 players in database. Most of them of course will not play in Nt team. But all of them had some chances with very good training and very good talent.
Malaysia is quite small country in sokker so you can't lose only because of that your Nt coach don't know about him.

I would advise what skills you should train those talented players (from 2nd database) if you want to have your players in Malaysian A-team in future.

At the end i want say that if you will elect me i will try all my best to make your National Team better as i was doing in Romania

I can promise, that i will spend as much time as i can to get as good results as it is possible

what kind of NT coach you think Malaysia NT needs?

An experienced one. Someone who know how set the right tactic against each opponent. in sokker every team needs different tactic. There is no ideal tactic for every team. And it is very hard to learn this only by watching matches. Own mistakes give most. When I started setting my own tactics in my team i made a lot of mistakes. When i started in Romania i also made some mistakes but there wasn't so much of them than at the beginning in my club. I believe that now I will not do them in Malaysia but i can't promise that everything will be perfect.

Also Nt Coach must have many time. He must talk with owners of nt players about traning. he must give advises, discuss with Malaysian community. In Romania there was almost 3000 users and i answered on almost of sk-mails from them (maybe I ignored some with really tragic players). In Malaysia there is only 21 users so there will not be that problems with too many questions for me and i think i can talk with everybody who want it. (of course i hope there will be more users in Malaysia in the future)

short term:

so i think it is quite good performance on the next WC Qual.

way to do this: it's simple (in theory) chosing the right players and make good tactics for them. Of course we won't have chances against teams like Germany, Belgium, Italy. But with some teams from about 30-40 position in sokker ranking we could win with good decisions of NT coach and some lucky.

long term:

give chances to young players in friendlies, i know that match in NT team is the best moblization for continue training this good prospects. of course there should be good scouting

u have an impressive records... so not much to ask bout u.. but this is malaysia.. its not the same like romania which already have well established players.. and also r u here for a long term and to success with malaysia or are u here just to fill ur time with the NT before u can find a better NT team to handle?

when i started in Romania it was their 3rd season since this country was create. so the same is in Malaysia now. I played with DEFs with very good in defence skill in the first squad. So it wasn't high skills. But I know that in Malaysia there could be more problems because of small amount of users.

definitely if i win i want to be there for a long time (2-3) seasons. Maybe longer if you will still want me and if my real life don't change too much. Now i have enough time to have that function but nobody knows what will happenned after one year time. I know that at first coach here must build the team and after some time there might be some results of it.

yes i was thinking about starting in country like England, South Africa, Ireland etc. but i noticed that here the elections are in the middle of season so i decide to start here. If i win I will stay here for a longer time. If I lost i will probably try in another country at the beginning of new season.

haha so does other countries.. they 3 season skills lower than they are now :P so the competition between other countries players are quite balance that time i suppose.. im not making fun of u.. but its kind of funny u didnt see that :D

Most of countries had 5 seasons then so it wasn't so balanced and younger countries than Romania didn't had NT team yet then. So Romania was one of the youngest countries as Malaysia is now

well what i can see is that polska's the only country that is 5-6season further than romania.. the rest only 1-2season.. but its ur call if u still say that they are 5-6seasons lower than the rest (mayb im too newb to understand the game ^^) im not into argument.

I said that there was 3rd season for Romania and 5th season for most of other countries then.

Is it low diffenrece?? Well when i started i had very good-excellent defenders when i ended in Romania minimum in first squad was brilliant defender but i had also two divine ones.


Yes i know that there is bigger difference between Malaysia and f.e. Italy now.

I have question for you. Lets say, there are 2 Malaysian users volunteer to be your helper full time. Can you describe how exactly you are going to manage them so that both you, the national team and sokker community in Malaysia get the most benefit?

Do you still need any other help? If yes, please further elaborate.

I think tactic and chosing players for matches should be only mine obligatory.

Of course I would be listening to your opinions and advises which could help me to set the best tactic, players in some matches. if your advise is not the best in my opinion I would try to explain why i think that

probably i will need some help in players scouting especially to search leagues in other countries. It's hard to do it by only one person

so you say next WC qualification round it is time to measure your short term performance? if so, how do we measure? qualifying? win 2 matches?

i didn't see you tell me a way to measure your performance.
