I also read most of threads on this forum and i saw that Tiger was very helpful to you and did very good work. I didn't criticize him I was only trying to make some discuss about elections.
But as i have repspect to this what you said i won't write in Tiger's topic more. so if you or any other Malaysian have question for me I'm waiting in my topic now :]

i 100% agreed with mysprs.. bcoz out of 20-30candidates for the last election, only him and maybe PiOO are still around the malaysian forum to help or give guidance to us newbs..
the rest all disappeared after the election.. so from there we can see who is committed to help us and whose not..
but also dun get me wrong.. i still undecided on who to choose :)

As i dont have a database at the present time of existing Malaysian NT players.
I believe i would continue WooB's policy of not selecting players from bot teams. However, If a top player who is a regular in the NT, then their owner becomes a bot, i would probably keep the player in the team, for a couple of weeks.
It would also be quite dependant on whether or not the player can be easily replaced within the next week or couple of weeks. E.G if there was another player who could take the players place in the NT with 1 skill or so, i would kick them. if they couldnt be replaced immediately not i wouldnt kick them straight away
I would keep the select player(s) in my database that i will be making until their team gets kicked from the game.

for my reasoning of replacing the player, again i would keep them in the team for important games.. but if any friendly matches come around i would not play them. This would be to help the younger and less capped NT members and help them to become stronger for future seasons.

I have question for you. Lets say, there are 2 Malaysian users volunteer to be your helper full time. Can you describe how exactly you are going to manage them so that both you, the national team and sokker community in Malaysia get the most benefit?

If you are meaning for the remainder of this season, i would probably not need them. However i would like to get as much feed back from all Malaysian users on how they would like the matches to be played. Eg. Attacking/Defensive tactics. And then feedback from users after the game.
If i get the job, and it is for a full season, i would be seeking help from volunteers, and members who i think are capable of running for NT manager in a season or 2 or even now. I would make these players scouts who can freely suggest players to play for the NT or future players.
The few that i get to become scouts, would be in my opinion very capable of running the NT as i would listen to all of their points of view and if they feel that changes are needed i would listen to them to get the most benefit for the NT, Malaysia in general and even myself as i am still learning some parts of the game, even though i have been playing this game for almost 5 seasons

c'mon people tingermaster is candidating for 2 seasons all most 3 I think you should elect him!
