I arranged all friendlies with solid teams which are theoretically little better than us. Only Indonesia is a litlle worse team but it will be prestigues Asian derby.

Most of friendlies will be played by u-21 team because younger players are Malaysian future and it could give some profits in next seasons

Good work, well done! Think this is why you are reelected, your experienced count. If I am the NT coach, definitely I won't arrange the friendly until the very last minute. Saw all the friendly games are well planned, and with the purpose of grooming the next generation to be in NT squad. A very good vision.

Getting players for NT squad should be an easier job for you, since Malaysia is a small country. But getting potential u-21 should take some effort, especially with all the new team coming in. Maybe, if you need help from us, let us know. Some of the Malaysian will make a very good scout.

but i need one more scout for players at the age 22 and above who are near NT now.

Well, i suggest sialunx to be the scout for players at the age 22 and above, in my opinion, i hope a malaysian can gain experience in this assignment so that in the future, he might replace jaworlegia IF jaworlegia wanna leave us, haha, just an assumption. Chilling man ;-)

sialunx is one of my main candidates but of course he must want to do it and he should have enough free time

haha, i got an idea......don't know whether it work or not. Every season we got election for NT coach, why not we make a private election for NT scout? :)

Not a bad idea. What you mean is we all cast the vote and send the vote to jaworlegia. He will announce the result, but he won't tell who vote for who.

But doubt have a lot of participants. For a 172 users base, we only have 25 voters for national coach. How many will vote for the scout?
