giv me some advice to train this guy... his pace pop at 18/3 and 19/4, PM and striker+1 at 29/3,passing +1 at 19/4 currently i train pace and striker with both magical (coach skill) should i change to techinique or remain to the ress of the season. ( my assistant coach is very good, solid and good)

His technique is very low, so training that will take a lot of time before he's in decent level, also your current coach doesn't have that tech skill???

maybe you should continue his pace and striker training at the moment.

tech is needed for him so maybe you should train that whole next season...

Once again our NT Goalkeeper was transfered. His previous owner told me earlier that he will be in training. unfortunately it looks now that he changed this decision.
