Subject: u-20 Malaysia - South Africa

There will be test for Malaysian youngsters on Saturday. South Africa is ranked on 31th place in sokker ranking. It's also one of the oldest countries (8th season). So they are favourite of that match. And good result will be our great succes.

Today I will try tactic with 3 attackers because it's definitely our best young formation. Unfortunately I'm almost sure that we will have huge problems in defence and mildfield especially in 2nd half (low stamina skill). But it's only a friendly

wow!!! what a match. we lost 4 goals in 7 minutes time but we win because of great form of our young attackers :]

haha a great match and bright future for malaysia... we really have no problem with our strike rate thx to their defence (same problem with us)... but i can see our defence lack in stamina and also pace... very sloppy played by them... btw liew rocha (i really want him in my squad :P ) really talented as a winger, hes passing is superb soimpon also quite good.. just need to train them pace and stamina.. Mohd Azley bin Abdul Wahid is the best.. stole the job which usually done by our duo main NT striker as he scored 4 :)

What a match!! We are 2-0 up, and just before half time 2-4 down. And we score 4 goals on the second half to make it 6-4. Sounds like a hockey match to me.

The good news is our strikers are in good hand. Out of 7 goalscoring chance score 6 goals. And the U20 NT strikers are also the current senior NT strikers. Midfielders wise we have quite a few talents, but training definitely need to be done especially on pace and maybe stamina. We are quite slow. On defense, it shows that Malaysia have problem currently in this area. If the senior not playing, you will see school boy defending. As I mentioned at the review on our last match against Iceland, pacy defenders are needed in Malaysia. Not sure whether if we have any.

We beat the better team ranked 31st in the world. But I think this is due to two factors, firstly, our gamble on our youth strikers to abandon midfield and secondly, our opponents defenders underestimating of our strikeforce. We are bad, but their one also as bad, if not worst.

Lastly, congrats to Azley, he certainly came a long way, and this is the match that he will remember till his end of his life for scoring four in his first full international match. When mysprs team are just formed, he still pretty much an average striker but solid midfielder. Mysprs coach insist to convert him to striker, and after almost two seasons of training, he is formidable and score 4 goals for his first full cap for NT. Azley, you are the man!!

me too. I saw it live. my striker score two goals lead 2-0, and my feeling like I am on top of the world, suddenly trail 2-4. The feeling is really sucks. I though of just switch off the PC, but somehow I just didn't do it. And I glad I didn't.
