hallo [del] to All
MDU is the union for all Malaysian trainers who train defenders currently. This is the invitation for those who qualify to join this union. Please indicate your interest.

I hope I am not the only one that qualify. Once we have the number of defender trainers in Malaysia, we will discuss the direction of Malaysia defenders training and how we are going to work together to gain maximum profit for our team and the national interest.

So, I am in. Are you?

interesting idea :]

I see that you have some young defenders. Very good that all of them are Malaysians. Today one of your players played his first international match.

Good luck in training :]

yeah, but my defender low in stamina skill. I guess Malaysia leaks 4 goal towards the end of first half in the span of 7 minutes is partly due to this.

That is why I see whether we can gather all defender trainers in Malaysia to discuss our problem in training defenders and our experience in training defenders and we will see how we can work together for our team and nation benefit.

cryptic a supporter of local players :)

i have insufficient of local defender... so i cant be in this union can i?

It is not how many defenders you have but what you train. Are you a defender trainer currently? If yes, even you don't have any local defender, but your experience might be valuable to the union. So, you are qualify as long as you are defender trainer currently, and if you choose to not train defender then you are out of the union and join other union. It is that simple.

was defender trainer
2007-03-03 13:23:30
this is exactly what I mean. we need defender trainers and it is good you all form a union and work together. But sadly, I am not qualified. And I don't plan to train defenders in short term. So, good luck.

Im a defender Trainer. I am also looking for a young Malaysian Defender to train. I currently have 3 Australian NT players... 2 of which are defenders :)

No defender trainer in Malaysia?? So, I am the only one in the union. But it still need to be go on. Due to the low membership number of the union, the only service I can give right now to Malaysia sokker users are outsourcing of training defender. I shall train defenders for quite some time.

Whoever who want to train certain defender or midfielder on the defender skill and can't afford to change team training just to cater 1 or 2 trainees, can mail me to discuss about it. You will transfer list the player to me, and I will train him the skill until reach certain limit, will sell back at certain fees.

It is a win win situation, you can improve your player skill, and I can gain money from it at the same time improve Malaysia defender skills. What say you all. The only problem is I can't afford to buy expensive one. And I am not interested to train 20 years and above.

I guess this is what I should do, if anyone get some good junior from junior schooll but lack on defender skills contact me to see whether we can cooperate. Too good one I can't afford. It is like actual football, where the team loan their player to lower league to improve the youth skills.

2007-04-25 03:38:01
whats the most important 2nd skill for deff?
2007-04-25 08:24:28
defending and pace are most important skill's to defender...

after that playmaking and technique, with this 2 many users argue that which one is more important.

playmaking makes this defs to pass ball away before than opponent's get in the tackilng range

technique makes defenders to handling ball better, they could breake those passes better and they doesn't bounce that ball so often when they try to catch a pass. also if tech is good enoug then def will go trough opponent's players without losing the ball...

I will say that you will need both, somewhere in the level good, it is enough, but after that it's your choice which one you will take up...

my current def's will have (after end of training) playmaking at least very good and tech formidable +

also passing is needed, it will help your def's to make better passes, and with this skill, he doesn't allways kick a ball outside of the field, many of your att's will start when you first take a ball from opponents attacker, your def will pass it to mid player, he will run up and pass it to att, and ......

somewhere in level average, it is enough that you defenders usually keep ball on the field...

thanks hausti,

was thinking to train Abu Khupur.

Abdul bin Abd Khupur, age 18
value: 407 500 RM, wage: 5 250 RM
excellent form

weak stamina,
weak pace,
adequate technique,
good passing,
tragic keeper
solid defender
adequate playmaker
good striker
2007-04-25 08:58:14
I agree with Hautsi

about Abu Khupur:

if you are planing to make a good defender. Train only pace and defender because other skills are quite good and he could have also some untraining pops in them during his career. That would be enough. but pace and Def should be as high as possible
2007-04-25 09:22:40
my turn:

agreed with jaworlegia xD

khupur will be really good defender and at least you will get nice profit if you train him right...

changing coaches would be really expensive, so I prefer that you get main coach who has pace or defending at level UNEARTHLY, no not magical it need's to be higher because of better training...

If you have unearthly defending or pace coach then train that skill to end of this season, middle of this and next season change to stamina training and choose another skill to next season, so if you train now defending then pace training at next season...

If you don't have that unearthly coach then you should get one defending coach, because this player will be better if he got defending pop's and with 2-3 pop's in defending he could be part of NT-squad (maybe)...

of course better option would be if you have enough money to get coach who have unearthly in defending and pace...

first train defending to level excellent - formidable, after that pace to level solid - very good.

then defending to level outstanding - incredible and pace to formidable.

and so on...
