actually how long is every election take place? Will it be change every season?

voting time is 2 weeks and period between elections is one season...

Each election runs for 2 weeks. Same time during each season and same length.

Only reason for a new election Mid-Season is if the NT manager gets banned or similar

I agree with you that in the future coach from Malaysia will be the best solution. But for sure not now.

so far most experienced Malaysian users played most of their matches against Bot-teams in the season. This teams are playing with one of the standard tactics (which are rather poor) so they couldn't learn much from that matches. Now in Super League they will have a chance to check their tactics ability agaisnt each other in almost every match. That will give results and after some time you will have probably very good Malaysian NT coach from Malaysia.

But in my opinion now you need foreigner with experience to handle your team

this team managed to promote in top league of suomi, by using only default tactics =), he was very lucky last season but he made nice surprise to all of us... xD

something like that in Poland could be rather impossible ;)

I saied that if he uses those default tactics next season, his visit will last only one season in veikkausliiga...

Malaysia wants to have a great Gk in future, then I suggest finding goalkeeper trainer for this guy.

damn v good keeper.. i trained tech currently... so no use... pace is what he needed most and then passing am i right?

I made a bid from him, if some keeper trainer want's to buy him I will not fight for him.

But I there isn't any keeper trainers I can buy him in pace training...
