mysprs [del] to All
This is to notify all the Malaysian sokker users again that the rules of sokker is very straight and no compromise when it come to bidding players within two teams sharing the same IP.

A result of this, we lost 2 NT players, one is regular and the other one feature in U20 team before.

In fact, few hours just before the incident, I have a long chat with the same user, I give him advise on how to settle his financial problem because his team reach bankruptcy level. I told him to list out both of his NT players to save his team and to save the NT players. He agreed to sell. And he told me that he started to like sokker very much, and learn the financial aspect of sokker, and this can apply to his real life. He said he realised where he did wrong financially, and learn alot from it. I told him he can keep 1 if he want to, but he said for national team sake, better sell both to the team that can train them better.

So, he listed the two NT players for transfer before the bankruptcy dateline. And after that another team bid for both players. And both team get banned because both sharing the same IP. Not sure whether both team belong to the same user, but the fact is both team share the same IP. It is just bidding, not buying. And bidding and actually buy it, is the same offense.

Now, both team can only reapply for the sokker in 50 days. A rule is a rule. But it is rather sad for me, as to me the user start to appreciate sokker very much and told me that he learn more than sokker from this game.

This is true, if you want me to post the mail privately, I can.

So, the message is 1 user, 1 team. The admin in sokker is very efficient, you will get caught withing minutes, not even hour. No point, after your hard work, you lose team just like that.

For those with different users but sharing the same computer, please be extra careful on this. Don't do any transaction in between, not even bidding to make the price higher or safe auction fee.

allways when admin ban's somebody, they need solid proofs.

Anyway I can't tell you which kind of information and proofs we have, because it would make cheating little bit easier.

all users who have been banned get's reasons in their email's and they can give answers to admins through email.

also those NT-players will be listed when new user take that team under his control, NT-players will be listed as long as he is member of your national team and this player has been capped at least once.

Allways when somebody bid from player it mean's that he's trying to buy that player, it's same when somebody tries to log in other user's account that is hacking and causes ban from game, yes we can see many kind of information from hackers too...

also those NT-players will be listed when new user take that team under his control,

unlucky that this rule is rather useless because It will take too long time when this team will relegate to the last Malaysian division :/

I'm very sad that he did it in this way...

If he just ask help when he need it, I would pay a very good price from that young defender... =/

what is the reason that NT players need to wait until just before a new owner take over?
2007-03-18 13:54:17
but they weren't overpaid.

should admin remove them from TL??

or only ban this two teams without remove this players??

I'm almost sure that someone will bid and buy those players :/

Actually, I feel sad is I already offer to help. I went in to raise the price to the price that I think is fair. my philosophy is always buy potential Malaysian player with the right price. But once I went in, I saw another team already raised it. So, I don't and I jokingly sent him email that he is safe from bankruptcy. He replied that, yeah, he is safe now. He just need the RM 600k to make him safe after sack all his coaches.

If he wait for only 1 minutes, let me do the bidding, then he is alright. Just that maybe he don't trust me, or he don't want to bother me or I think he thought that this is not the offense. Common, RM 600k for a national keeper and RM 300k for a national defender is too low the price, if he want to do cheating. He just want to ensure that he is safe from bankruptcy. And he do not know that this is an offense. Seriously, neither do I.

I think jaworlegia has the point.

both teams share the same computer, selling and bidding for the same player, it is stated in the rule, so ban them. it is only fair.

the transfer listed players bidding should not be removed unless the admin suspect the price is overpaid. if this not the case, should let the players auction as normal, and ban both teams because it is stated in the rule. On the removal of transfer listing, don't recall at all it is stated in the rules.

when buying and bidding players, it is not about involving both buying or selling team alone. it involve NT as well. So, it is fair to punish both buying or selling team, because they break the rules. But it is not too fair because it punish NT as well, when the NT did nothing at all, and losing two key players.

straight from rules:

- You are allowed to have no more than one team. If you are found to have more than one team, you will lose them all. If you have the same IP address as another user (i.e. two users share the same computer) please notify us via e-mail, to admins@sokker.org .
- It is forbidden to make player transfers at inflated prices for any reason. Doing so may result in expulsion from the game.
- All player transfers between teams whose managers use the same IP address are forbidden.
- Your conduct within forums, when posting in guestbooks and mailing other users should always meet acceptable levels as defined in the Forum Statute.
