Tomorrow we are going to play u-21 friendly against local rival Indonesia.

Something about Indonesia - ranked 47th in Sokker National ranking (little above Malaysia):
- They have new coach from 3rd division in Belgium since this season.
- In his first matches he used 3-5-2 and 4-4-2 formations.
- Their average individual marks from this matches is 37.3
- best u-21 players: attacker Susilo Suheri (6 goals in last two matches; team-mate of Shamsul Amri Faisal) and defender Guntur Wahyudi

so far we played one match against them (it was my first match as a Malaysian NT coach):

2007-02-10 09:18 Indonesia 1 : 3 Malaysia

The only problem in our squad is that 1st GK: Badrul Afzan bin Talib is injured and he will not be able to play on Saturday. Also Shamsul Amri Faisal will have a break.. the reason is that I want to test other attackers in that friendly.

Match will start at 09.00 (sokker time)

as i was expected nice match in attack but a few problems in defence.

Very good match for our GK - Omar bin Nordin. He had some excellent saves. He could be our future 1st GK because he is in training. Now he must improve pace because it is his worst side.

Mohd Firdaus Azri Bujang was our best defender in this match but he don't have stamina too play whole match. I was affraid that in the end of the match they could have more chances because other young DEFs also was quite tired.

In midlfield great work did bin Yahaya. This is the best position for him but in WC Qualifications he still have to play in defence.

Our wing attackers created many chances because of their pace skill (finally first international goal for bin Jamil)

Generally our young players played nice match and I hope some of them like only 18-year-old Ibrahim Hong are really good prospects for the future
